Chiang Kai Shek Coillege was also well-represented in two non-competitive events. First stop was the “Be a Safety Superhero” activity organized by Lucky Chinatown Mall for young kids on October 26. It was an interactive event with the kids learning safety skills, hands-on, from representatives of the Philippine National Police, Philippine Red Cross, TxtFire, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, and other agencies. The second event was the celebration of the PhilPost National Stamp Collecting Month held last November 11 at the PhilPost lobby. The event, with the theme “Selyong Pinoy, Pagpapakita ng Husay at Galing ng mga Pilipino", was graced by ABS-CBN reporter Willard Cheng, PhilPost Board Chairman Cesar Sarino, and Postmaster General Ma. Josefina dela Cruz. In both events, the ever-ready scouts represented the school.
