         Mrs. Cristina A. Monsanto of Chiang Kai Shek College presented a paper entitled: Towards a Framework of Understanding the School Culture of Public Secondary Schools in the National Capital Region, Philippines at the Global Conference on Education at the University of Riverside on May 12-13, 2016 at Riverside Los Angeles, California USA.
