CKSC High School and College Students Won Third Places in Dancefest 2K9 and Lion Dance Contests

Selected high school students, under the training of Mr. Marvin Ng, the choreographer of the Chinese Dance Troupe, recently won third place in the dance contest sponsored by the Manila Downtown YMCA and the Manila Downtown YMCA Youth Club last November 22, 2009 at the Manila Downtown YMCA Auditorium. This Dancefest 2K9 was participated in by more than 8 teams from various Chinese-Filipino schools.

Meanwhile, selected college students also joined and won third place in the senior division of the Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation (FCAAF) Lion Dance Competition held last December 6 at the Philippine Buddhacare Academy Gymnasium. This contest was participated in by nine (9) Chinese-Filipino schools.
