Scout Bianca Lorraine W. Sing of Chiang Kai Shek College’s Troop 349 was awarded as one of the Chief Girl Scouts of the Philippines held at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, last February 5, 2011.
The Chief Girl Scout Medal is the highest national award given by The Girl Scouts of the Philippines that recognizes Senior and Cadet Girl Scouts who have met the criteria for outstanding service to their community. It is built on the concept of developing a well-rounded girl scout in all aspects - spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially.
