The CKS Office for Continuing Professional Education shall be conducting a back-to-back webinar on managing stress and supporting mental health. With the theme "Resiliency amidst Uncertainty," the webinar shall be held on January 29 , 2022 (Saturday), 1PM, via Zoom.

Mr. Michael R. Cariño, Board Member of Teach Beyond Philippines, shall be discussing the topic "Managing Stress in Everyday Life," followed by Ms. Merimee Tampus-Sienna, Faculty and Counselor at the Philippine Normal University, who shall share valuable insights on "Providing Psychosocial Support to Students."
