The esteemed Honorable Mayor of the City of Manila, Dr. Maria Sheila Honrado "Honey" Lacuna-Pangan, will be the Commencement Speaker for this special occasion. Her insightful words of wisdom and invaluable experiences are sure to inspire and motivate the Graduates as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.
