Last February 12, 2014, the CKSC High School Student Council, in cooperation with the High School Chinese Instruction, held an activity aimed at instilling in everyone's hearts the Chinese culture, which the school has always been proud of. The activity, the "Search for Mr. and Ms. Young Chinatown (中國先生小姐)", held at the school auditorium, was part of the Chinese New Year celebration. There were 24 promising candidates in the bracket for third and fourth year students, where Kyra Ang and Ralph Lee emerged as winners. In the bracket for grades 7, 8, and 9 students, Aldrich Choi and Marybelle Tandoc were victorious. Two teachers, Mr. Hung Chung Chiu and Ms. Pan Poon, performed to start the program.
The Student Council also organized a Year of the Horse Bulletin Board Making Contest for third and fourth year students. The finished artworks were displayed at the school lobby.
