Free Trial Classes for PYP

The IB Primary Years Programme of Chiang Kai Shek College is inviting all incoming Kindergarten students and their parents to join its two - day online Kindergarten trial classes from June 24 - 25, 2020, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM via Zoom. Each day will be divided into two sessions of forty-five minutes each.

A brief parents' orientation will be held during the first session of the first day. This is to help parents gain an understanding of how young children are taught using the inquiry-based approach and to answer questions about the IB-PYP programme.

Interested parents are invited to sign up using the link https://forms.gle/RNnJsda4uXLXfemXA before June 20, 2020 (Saturday), 3:00 PM. The school will then send the access link to registered parents via email on June 23 (Tuesday).

中正學院國際課程IB PYP小學項目誠摯地邀請所有即將升大班學生及其家長參加2020年6月24日至25日上午9:30至11:00 AM的為期兩天的線上（ZOOM）大班教學試聽課程。每天將分為兩節，每節四十五分鐘。

在第一天的第一節，我們將舉行簡短的家長座談會, 這是為了幫助父母了解如何使用探究教學法教幼兒，並回答進一步的問題。

The Chiang Kai Shek College - International Baccalaureate, Middle Years Programme, is inviting ALL INCOMING GRADE 7 STUDENTS to join the free trial classes via Zoom. These 30-minute online classes will be held on June 17-19, 2020, 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM.

This event aims to let students NEW to IB experience how the conceptual, inquiry-based teaching and learning processes work in an actual MYP class.

Interested students and/or parents are requested to sign up at https://forms.gle/qoxbAbsW7TjQLYMs8 before June 16 (Tuesday), 1:00PM. On this same date, Zoom Meeting link, ID, and password will be sent to registered students and parents via email. Specific classes and schedules to choose from can be found on this Google Form. Each class will only accommodate the first 25 students to register for each subject. In case the number of registrants for a particular subject reaches the limit, students and parents will be notified to choose other available classes.

Let us all create progress and a better world through education. We welcome you to our MYP classes in advance.

中正學院國際文憑課程-中學課程 (MYP) 邀請所有今年升七年級的同學們通過Zoom參加MYP的免費試讀班。時間將由2020年6月17-19日, 為期三天, 每天午9:30-11:00。

這項試讀活動旨在讓IB的新學員體驗在實際中課程中, 了解探究學習和概念學習的教與學。

View the class numbers of students who have not yet submitted their performance tasks for the 3rd term of SY 2019-2020 below.

As previously announced, the said students shall be given until June 11 to submit their performance tasks:

If the said output can be submitted to teachers online (i.e., via e-mail), please do so on or before June 11, 12NN.
If the student has no internet access,

Put print-outs of required outputs inside a long brown envelope.
Seal the envelope.
In front of the envelope, indicate the student's complete name, grade level, and section (e.g., Dela Cruz, Juan, 5-B).
Bring the envelope to CKS College, and drop off at the guard's station.

Please be guided accordingly.
