(菲律濱中正學院訊)本校莊瑞源校友 (Jet Stephen C. Chong) 於今年2023年6月12日在馬加智 Paseo de Magallanes - 「Ronac生活方式中心」舉行的「馬尼拉鋼琴藝術家系列Manila Pianos Artist Series」音樂會中，演奏完美成功。這是他赴美深造前在馬尼拉舉行的告別音樂會。

莊瑞源校友是本校培養出來的鋼琴家，五歲在本校音樂中心開始學習鋼琴。之後，開始師從知名鋼琴家聖大教授史習恆(Anthony Say)校友習琴。在史教授的嚴加教導下，琴技突飛猛進。十一歲就在聖大音樂廳舉辦第一次的個人演奏會，奏驚四座。

2013年從本校畢業小學後，以全額獎學金進入位於內湖的「菲律賓藝術中學Philippine High School for Arts」攻讀初中。2017年再回中正學院讀高中，2019年畢業高中「人文藝術專業」後，再次以全額獎學金進入「新加坡國立大學 (National University of Singapore)」附屬的「楊秀桃音樂學院 (Yong Siew Toh Music Conservatory)」學習，師從 Albert Tiu 教授，完成大學課程。今年八月，將再以全額獎學金出國深造，前往美國頂級音樂學院「布盧明頓的印地安娜大學音樂學院 Indiana University Bloomington's Jacobs School of Music 」攻讀鋼琴研究生，跟隨

當今音樂會舞臺上最受尊敬和追捧的藝術家之一Spencer Myer 博士學習，繼續磨練他的演奏技巧，並將擔任鋼琴副講師的角色，負責教授個人和團體非鋼琴專業的鋼琴課。

莊瑞源校友在學琴的路上一直光芒四射，曾在無數個著名的鋼琴比賽中獲獎，包括「全國青年藝術家音樂比賽NAMCYA」、「施坦威青年鋼琴比賽Steinway Youth Piano Competition」、「菲律賓鋼琴教師協會基金會Piano Teachers Guild of the Philippines」和「UCSI國際鋼琴比賽」 ；也曾多次與管弦樂隊合作演出，比如十五歲時在 Aries Caces 的指揮下與馬尼拉交響樂團首次合作，以及在 Gerard Salonga 的指揮下與 ABS-CBN 愛樂樂團合作演奏柴可夫斯基的第一鋼琴協奏曲。

他還積極參加了 楊秀桃YST 音樂學院鋼琴學院的台灣國際大師鋼琴節和 2018 年馬尼拉國際鋼琴大師班節。此外，曾在菲律賓文化中心、菲律賓國際會議中心、楊秀桃 (YST) 音樂學院音樂廳和馬尼拉施坦威精品店舉辦了獨奏會。

6月12日的告別音樂會上，莊瑞源校友演奏了斯卡拉蒂(Scarlatti)、舒伯特  (Schubert) 、舒曼 (Schumann) 和斯克裡亞賓 (Scriabin) 的奏鳴曲。琴音繚繞，聽得觀眾如醉如癡，讚嘆不已！

是晚，本校出席鼓勵並支持莊瑞源校友者除葉啟明校長、音樂及藝術中心李佩瑩主任及她的助理Joanne Acasio外，音樂中心前主任郭愛欣老師和其他老師也到場聆聽，沉浸在莊瑞源校友帶給大家的音樂魅力中。

( 菲律濱中正學院訊  ) 本校「藍龍中學籃球隊」在2023年6月7至12日，在「描戈律大同中學Bacolod Tay Tung High School」舉辦的首屆「Benjamin Lo紀念盃籃球錦標賽Benjamin Lo Memorial Cup Basketball Invitational Tournament」中一鼓作氣，脫穎而出，榮獲季軍。

該籃球賽是為紀念已故的Benjamin Lo先生，生前熱心支持描戈律大同中學的體育項目。

八所學校參加了比賽，包括描戈律的STI West Negros University、聖約翰學院St. John’s Institute、三一基督教學校Trinity Christian School、聖拉薩大學和東道主學校描戈律大同中學，以及伊朗的聖務聖心亞典耀學校Sacred Heart School of Ateneo de Cebu、 St. Robert's International College ，和大岷區代表隊中正學院。

球賽是以兩支球隊在單輪循環淘汰賽中相互交手，然後選出前 4 名球隊。

本校藍龍校隊此次參加球賽，得力以本校董事會的祝福和批准以及校長的全力支持，即便只獲得季軍，對於校隊來說也是一次值得讚賞的曝光，讓他們獲得了更多的經驗，提升了團隊精神和求勝意志。更難得的是廖建弘還被選為五位神奇傑出球員之一。

該隊隊員包括八年級學生王世昌(Shan Leister T. Wang)、施沁祥(Jordan Darwin X. Shi)、亞文(John Owen Reyne P. Calanasan)、倪明思(Vince Andrew G. Delantar)、許恆力( Christian Henrik C. Pedarce）、九年級學生高安平（Luiz Emanuel N. King）、迪明杰（Arvin Gabriel de Jesus）、十年級學生菲伯（Charles Enrique S. Verbo）、潘志誠（Luke Lionel U. Yeo)、羅麥克 (Carl Michael V. Lawan)，及十一年級學生何德成 (Kyle Kennevic T. How)、蔡天福 (Adrian Joe S. Cai)、廖建弘 (Geordann G. Liao) 和張正中 (Anthony Kingston C. Chua）。

籃球隊由教練陳忠華 (Joel O. Yap) 帶隊，副教練雷自成 (Ryan M. Dy)、Paolo Miguel S. Racelis 和 Daniel V. Realubit 協助。

出征前，授旗儀式由葉啟明校長主持，熱心體育的郭樹垣執行副董事長及趙清俊副審計，也出席儀式，並對球員和教練講話，多加勉勵。
