　　本學院為使本國華人子弟能利用暑假期間實地體驗中華風土人情與文化之美，進而提高漢語能力，加深對中華文化的了解，今年二度舉辦「北京漢語進修團」。

　　北京是普通話的發源地，本學院期盼藉由進修團課程的學習、以及寓教於樂的參訪及團體活動，讓菲華學子能從認識中華文化而認同中華文化，再從認同中華文化而以身為炎黃子孫為榮。與此同時，也為國家民族未來的競爭力播下種子。

　　進修活動將在北京華文學院舉行。北京華文學院是中國國務院僑務辦公室的直屬院校（前身為北京華僑學生補習學校、北京中國語言文化學校）。始建於1950年，至今，共有54個國家和地區的近五萬餘名海外學生在該學院學習漢語。

　　進修日期為明年四月五日至五月十九日，共四十五天。招收對象為華校中學生及小學五六年級學生，課程規劃包括語言課，文化課如音樂、繪畫、手工、武術、書法等，以及旅遊參訪。

　　為維護學習品質，北京漢語進修團限額僅四十人，每二十名學生安排一名輔導老師，負責組織、管理事宜。

The Center for Language Learning Laboratory, located at the 3rd floor, gymnasium building of the main campus- 1274 Padre Algue St., Tondo Manila is now accepting registration for people who are interested to learn and improve their Mandarin starting today until June 26, 2009. Classes will be held every Saturday, 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. from June 27 to September 12, 2009 for a total of 12 sessions. Those who are interested should at least have some basic knowledge of Fookienese and Mandarin. A Certificate of Completion will be given at the end of the course. The Chiang Kai Shek College, through the assistance of the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban) is organizing a summer study tour in Beijing from April 5 to May 19 for a total of forty five (45) days this year. This study tour aims to encourage students from Grade 5 to High School level to improve further their knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and at the same time learn more about Chinese culture like calligraphy, arts, dance, etc. They will also get a chance to see the famous beauty spots of the city like the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square and of late, Olympic venues like Bird’s Nest, Water Cube, etc.
