(菲律濱中正學院訊)2021年疫情期間，作為學校領導之一，在應對新的教育型態-線上教學所面臨的種種問題之際，本校副校長(Narra校區)兼大學部事務會主席--黃思華博士仍積極於豐富自身的學養，並以實力取得了纍纍的成果，為本校也為華校、華社帶來無比的榮耀，本校與有榮焉！
