( 菲律濱中正學院) 2024年9月21日，在馬尼拉中國城Binondo的美佳廣場舉行的「月餅大師」月餅製作比賽中，本校中正學院四名酒餐旅管理系學生獲得了兩個獎項。

由杜玉雲 (Elaine Chelsea S. To) 和 Adrian C. Ocillos組成的隊伍獲得「最佳銷售 (Highest Sales Award)」獎，他們在當揚比賽中售出43個自製的中秋月餅；而Donna Rose C. Dal 和 Consuelo O. Velarde 的兩人組則獲得「最具創意月餅 (Most Creative Mooncake)」獎。

The team of Elaine To and Adrian Ocillos won "Best in Sales", selling 43 pieces of mooncakes during the competition day, while the duo of Donna Dal and Consuelo Velarde bagged the "Most Creative Mooncake" award.

他們的出色表現得益於多方支持者，包括 RFM公司提供了用於訓練和比賽的白王White King多用途麵粉及蛋糕粉，Unox Oven Philippines 烤箱公司借出了比賽期間使用的兩台 Unox Arianna 烤箱；Echague Bakery 提供的黃綠豆作為月餅餡料；All About Baking 及 Iskaparate 兩家商業機構則為兩隊提供支援。

本校的兩隊學生在林美汝廚師 (Chef Catherine Blas Yu) 的指導下參加了比賽。
