For the fourth consecutive year, the CKS high school girls basketball team dominated the annual Metro Manila Basketball league and emerged champion in the competition this SY2016-2017. The Lady Dragons edged out perennial rival, De La Salle Zobel, for its fourth straight MMBL crown.

The team is coached by Diana Sy, who is assisted by Angelica Fedillaga and Cristina dela Cruz.
