CKSC high school students Clyde Wesley Ang and Andrew Brandon Ong joined the Philippine team that competed in the Bulgaria International Mathematics Competition last June 30 to July 5 at Burgas, Bulgaria in Europe.

Almost six hundred participants from twenty-nine countries, including the Philippines, competed in the event.

Clyde Wesley Ang won the gold medal in the individual contest. He was also part of the Philippine team that captured the gold medal in the team competition and emerged first runner-up in the group competition.

Andrew  Brandon Ong earned the merit award in the individual competition. His team also won first runner-up honors in the team competition.
