The Chiang Kai Shek College School of Music conducted its 25th Anniversary Concert last July 7, 2013 at the St. Cecilia's Hall of St. Scholastica's College. "Silver Soiree: 25 Years of Music" was directed by Mr. Alberto delos Reyes and coordinated by Mrs. Emilia Co Tan, administrator of the School of Music. Twenty-three performers, composed of fourteen students and nine teachers as pianists, vocalists and violinists, rendered repertoire from Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Brahms, Arthur Benjamin, Miklos Rozsa, songs from the hit Broadway musical “Phantom of the Opera”, a kundiman by Santiago, and numerous Chinese folk songs. The concert was the first musical event presented by the school, and was well-acclaimed by audience at the jampacked hall.
