Online Wushu Class (March 2022)


Two of the biggest stars in the 90s, Jet Li and Jackie Chan, used the discipline of Wushu (武术) in their action films and influenced many athletes to take up the sport. (OneFC.com) As a form of Marital Arts training, Wushu allows practitioners to not only develop great strength, speed, and power but also flexibility, coordination, and balance. Enrollment is now ongoing CKS Sports Development Office’s Online Wushu Class. Classes shall be conducted via Zoom. There are three batches of classes:

  • March 7 to April 20 – Mondays and Wednesdays (1:00PM to 2:30PM)
  • March 8 to April 26 – Tuesdays and Thursdays (2:30PM to 4PM and 4:30PM to 5:30PM)
  • March 4 to April 23 -Fridays (2:30PM to 4PM and 4PM to 5:30PM) and Saturdays (2:30PM to 4PM)

This class can be taken in lieu of MAPEH classes for SY 2021-2022.

Online Taekwondo Class (March 2022)


Taekwondo is a recognized Olympic sport that builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. It greatly improves one’s overall fitness and well-being and helps develop self-discipline, competitive awareness, social skills, mental aptitude, and emotional strength. (PMAA.ca)

Enrollment is now ongoing CKS Sports Development Office’s Online Taekwondo Class. Classes shall be conducted via Zoom on Saturdays and Sundays starting March 12, and will run until April 23. For white belt, classes shall be at 9:30AM to 11AM, and for colored belt, it shall be at 11:00AM to 12:30PM.

This class can be taken in lieu of MAPEH classes for SY 2021-2022.

Online Table Tennis Class (March 2022)

Online Chess Class (March 2022)


Here are some fascinating facts about the game of Chess (TheChessWorld.com):

Enroll now in the CKS Sports Development Office’s Online Chess Class. There are different levels of classes for different types of chess players—whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Classes shall be conducted Wednesdays to Fridays, 4:30PM to 6:15PM, starting March 16, and will run until April 22.

Mandarin Basic Group Class (March 2022)


Join the CKS Language Center's new Mandarin basic level group class for only 5,250 Pesos! This online short course is perfect for students with minimal background in the target language.

Classes will be conducted every Saturday starting March 05, 2022 from 8:30 to 11:30AM, for a total of 30 live lecture hours divided into 10 sessions.

All short courses focus on conversational language skills taught using business related topics. Open to 16 years of age and above. Classes will be taught via Zoom or Google Meet.

Registration is open until March 02, 2022. Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis. Limited slots only.

Modern Dance Class (March 2022)
