一條天路溝通了天塹與平地，聯繫了中國人的心靈，讓中國人充滿自豪與自信。一首「天路」，凝聚了卅一個不同年齡層的男女學生的心，把天籟般的歌聲，送到聖公會合唱比賽的大禮堂，讓舉座觀眾驚嘆感動。
不錯，就是「中正學院青少年合唱團」的自選曲「天路」，一首高難度的藏族民歌，由低八度主音开声，舒緩悠揚卻是蓄勢待發，而至後來的高潮迭起，鮮明的旋律讓觀眾屏息凝神，如醉如癡，不顧大會強調不要鼓掌的規則，而忘情地以掌聲表示他們的讚賞。
由華社熱心華文教育名專欄作家李榮美先生全力贊助，「菲華專欄作家協會」和「菲律濱華文學校聯合會」聯合舉辦的「第三屆華校學生合唱比賽」，於二月六日 (星期六)下午一時半再度假聖公會中學隆重登場。參賽的十支隊伍，旗鼓相當，競爭激烈，比賽結果，本院「中正青少年合唱團」榮獲甲組亞軍。
Lsst February 2, Henry Jefferson Morco and Richard Milante, both IV-1 students of the High School Department, emerged as Champion in UP Junior Qwizzardy, an interscholastic contest covering Geology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics at UP Manila. This contest was sponsored by the Department of Physical Sciences and Mathematics of the College of Arts and Sciences of UP Manila. The CKSC Duo garnered 370 points in the Final Round. St. Stephen's High School was the First Runner-up with a total garnered points of 85 while Philippine Science High School, which placed Second Runner-Up got 70 points. Henry was the top scorer in both Geology and Chemistry in the Elimination Round. The two students were trained by Mrs. Venus Marie Llantada (Chemistry), Mrs. Cynthia Yap (Physics), and Mr. Frederick Buiza and Mrs. Armi Mogro (Mathematics).
In January 30, the UP-DOST Scholars’ Association and Sharp Calculators sponsored the 27th Annual SciQuiz with the theme “Science and Technology: Shaping the Future of the Next Generation” at the University of the Philippines -Diliman. Among the twenty (20) participating schools from Metro Manila, Chiang Kai Shek College, represented by Henry Jefferson Morco, Michelle Gan, Shannon Crista Uy (all from IV-1) and Marc Alec Dominic Yau of III-1 bagged the Championship Trophy, while Manila Science High School and Immaculate Conception Academy got the 2nd and 3rd place trophies respectively. The CKSC team also received certificates, Sharp calculators, and P6,000 cash prize.
The team was trained by Mrs. Cristina Monsanto for Biology, Mrs. Venus Marie Llantada for Chemistry, Mrs. Cynthia Yap for Physics, Mrs. Armi Mogro and Mr. Frederick Buiza for Mathematics, and Mr. Mark Rickhenson Go for Computer Science.
Last January 28, 2012, the 14th Philippine Mathematical Olympiad (PMO) Finals was held at the UP National Institute for Science and Mathematics Education (NISMED) in Diliman, Quezon City. Around 3,500 students all over the Philippines participated in this prestigious contest.
After a series of competitions and eliminations , Henry Jefferson C. Chua, a IV-1 student of Chiang Kai Shek College, was one of the 20 national finalists. The Finals Contest Proper consists of two parts: a written portion (70% of the total score) which was held in the morning and an oral portion (30% of the total score) held in the afternoon.
Last January 28, Richard Milante of IV-1, Raenelle Ean Ngo and Bryce Spencer Batula of III-1 participated in Chematics 2012 sponsored by the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers at the University of Santo Tomas. The team emerged as 2nd Runner-up. Questions in chemistry, physics, mathematics, and trivia were asked. The team won a cash prize of P1,000.00, trophy and certificates. Other notable winners include Makati Science High School and St. Jude Catholic School.
