ACTIVITY: Distribution of Students' Final Progress Report Cards, SY 2022-2023
TIME: 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM

FOR THE PARENTS / GUARDIAN / AUTHORIZED PERSONS

1. The Cards, both English and Chinese, shall be released only to the students/ parents / guardians / authorized persons (with authorization letter from parents) upon presentation of the student’s ID or screenshot of the grades in the Student Portal (available for viewing on May 18).
2. Parents who failed to claim the report cards on the distribution day may claim them at the Office of the Registrar from May 29, 2023 onwards.
3. In case of outstanding tuition balance, report cards shall not be released until settled.
4. In case of incomplete documentary requirements such as NSO/PSA birth certificate, transfer credentials from another school (for transferee), and I-card/Student Permit (for foreign students), report cards shall not be released until submitted.

本院訂於2023年5月19日(星期五),上午8:30-11:00分發學生期末中、英文成績單。為了使家長和任課老師有機會談論有關貴子女在學校的學習情況,敬請貴家長親自到校領取成績單。

一、分發成績單地點,請點擊此處。

二、家長/ 監護人/ 授權者注意事項 :

1. 中英文成績單,在出示貴子女學生證或學生門戶中成績的屏幕截圖(5 月 18 日發佈)後,始能分發給家長/監護人/授權人(持有家長授權書者)。
2. 家長如果當天不能到校領取學生成績單,可於2023年5月29日起到註冊處領取。
3. 如有未清學費,須先結清後才可以領取成績單。
4. 手續欠完整者,如缺乏出生證、外僑登記證等,轉學生未交以前就讀學校的成績單者;須補交後才可以領取成績單。
