Triple Victory in 7th National Science Quest for CKSC High School Students

High school students Henry Jefferson Morco of II-2, Rhys Jansen Pavon of III-1, and Aldric Cristoval Reyes of IV-5, who are the NCR regional winners of the 7th National Science Quest for secondary levels, and eventually, the official representatives of NCR-Manila literally brought home the bacon as they emerged winners in the National Finals of the said contest held last February 3-5, 2010 at the Tabaco National High School in Albay.
This prestigious competition was organized by The Association of Science Educators in the Philippines (ASEP) in coordination with the Department of Education (DepEd). At the end of the tough contest, Henry, who competed with 12 regional winners all over the country, emerged champion for Second Year Biology; Rhys, who competed with 9 regional winners, was Second Placer in Chemistry; and, Aldric, who competed with 10 regional winners, was declared Champion in Physics. Their trainers were Mrs. Cristina Monsanto for biology and Mrs. Cynthia Yap for chemistry and physics.
