菲律濱中正學院Chiang Kai Shek College, Inc.於本年二月廿五日遵章選出第廿一屆立案董事十五人，消息已誌前報。
三月十日遵章於立案董事十五人中選出新屆職員。選舉前原董事長邵建寅教授懇辭連任，再三謙稱年事已高，理當讓賢，言下情殷意切，最後獲諸董事之體諒及接受。
選舉結果如下：名譽董事長邵建寅、董事長黃呈輝、執行副董事長張秀金、副董事長林瑩鏡、副董事長尤扶西、文書陳義維、正財政黃俊人、副財政戴良聚、正稽核莊明輝、副稽核郭樹垣。
中選者皆譽崇望重之鴻才俊艾，相信必能賡續前屆立案董事會之未竟事功，焚膏繼晷，再創輝煌。
（又訊）第廿一屆立案董事會新任董事長、執行副董事長、副董事長及職員經於三月十一日在馬尼拉世紀花園大飯店干那旺廳，在中正人菲律濱商聯總會永遠名譽理事長陳永栽博士監誓下就職，儀式簡單隆重。

三月十六日(星期日)為本院創始人王故校長泉笙先生逝世五十二週年紀念日﹐本院軫懷其一生忠黨愛國﹐盡瘁教育﹐懋績昭彰﹐功在僑社﹐特聯合董事會及校友總會訂於是日上午十時在養浩園「化雨亭」王故校長銅像前獻花﹐藉以弘揚潛德﹐策勵來茲。
屆時請本院全體董事﹑教職員﹑校友總會全體執行委員﹐各屆級友聯誼會代表﹑大中小學學生自治會代表及王故校長的親朋戚友﹐準時出席參加﹐為荷﹗
又訊：前培幼園主任蘇秀康老師生前披星戴月，櫛風沐雨，為本學院及整個菲華幼兒教育作出鉅大貢獻。本院董事會決議將泉笙培幼園遊樂場冠名為「蘇秀康幼兒 樂園」，並訂於同日上午十一時，在泉笙培幼園遊樂場舉行「蘇秀康幼兒樂園」冠名揭幕儀式，以資紀念而垂久遠。尚希蘇秀康老師親屬門生故舊踴躍蒞臨參加。

Henry Jefferson Morco and Shannon Christa Uy, both 6-A students recently bagged the 1st Place-Team Category in the recently concluded NCR-Regional Finals in “Metrobank-MTAP-DepEd Math Challenge 2008” held last February 29 at the CKSC Auditorium.
Twenty schools, including Ateneo Grade School, Philippine Cultural High School, Xavier School, Colegio de San Agustin, San Beda College-Alabang, Hope Christian High School, St. Stephen’s High School, etc. participated in this prestigious annual contest. UNO High School took the 2nd Place while St. Jude Catholic School landed 3rd.
In the Individual Category, Henry also snatched the First Place while contestants from St. Jude Catholic School and Xavier School took the 2nd and 3rd Places respectively. The winners in the team category received gold medals, cash award and a trophy. Individual category winners received medals and cash awards. Their trainer was Mrs. Jennifer Candelario.
蘇秀康老師於一九四九年來菲，受聘於本學院，擔任中學文史教育教師，之後，倡辦「華僑失學兒童補習班」，提供在校教育科學生實習場所。補習班 後來改為「泉笙培幼園」，以紀念王故校長泉笙先生。蘇老師即受聘為「泉笙培幼園」顧問及主任以迄一九九一年。之後，擔任園務輔導，兼任大學部幼稚教育學講 師，直至一九九三年始告榮休。
蘇老師生前披星戴月，櫛風沐雨，為本學院及整個菲華幼兒教育作出鉅大貢獻，使泉笙培幼園成為培育菲華幼教師資的搖籃，畢生奉獻教育，無私無我，懋績昭彰，殊足矜式。本學院董事會於焉決議將泉笙培幼園遊樂場冠名為「蘇秀康幼兒樂園」。
茲謹訂三月十六日(星期日)上午十一時，在泉笙培幼園遊樂場舉行冠名揭幕儀式，以資紀念而垂久遠。尚希蘇秀康老師門生故舊踴躍蒞臨參加。

Once again, the Chiang Kai Shek College has proven her prowess not only academically but also in the field of sports.
In the recently concluded Metro Manila Tiong Lian Basketball Association (MMTLBA), the first ever Girls Division was won by our high school team, the Lady Dragons. This team, coached by Diana Sy with Cristina De La Cruz and Kimberly Merillo as assistant coaches was also Grand Slam Champions in the Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation (FCAAF), the Palarong Maynila and the Women’s National Collegiate Athletic Association (WNCAA).
