CKS College is now accepting letters of intent and proposals  to operate school canteen starting on June 2015. Interested parties are enjoined to visit the main campus for a site visit of the area. They will be required to submit requirements relative to their canteen bid proposal. A committee will decide which bids will be considered for final presentation and for eventual operation of said canteen. For more inquiries, please call telephone numbers 2526161 to 67.

In celebration of the Chinese New Year, students will have a WASH DAY ON February 18, 2015 (Wednesday). Students may come wearing any of the following:
A. complete Chinese costume in any color, except full body attire that is all-white or all-black
B. red shirt/ blouse,
- properly tuck
- not too fitted
- with sleeves
- with or without collar
- not plunging neckline nor too short showing waist or navel (for girls)
*Girls should wear sandos as undershirt.
long denim pants, CKS College jogging pants, or dark pants/slacks (for boys/girls)
blue school skirt (for girls) 
khaki pants (for boys)
C. MAPEH uniform set (CKS College PE uniform, jogging pants, & rubber shoes) 
D. proper school uniform

No wearing of the following:
• slippers, sandals, step-ins, open-toed shoes, high heels
• revealing attire (backless, see-through, tubes, sleeveless, leggings, mini-skirts, high-slit, above-the-knee, and the likes)
• short pants, hanging pants.

Please wear attire appropriate for your age, gender, and foremost as a CKS College student. Violators will be sanctioned accordingly.

                                                                                                   DISCIPLINE OFFICE

This is to inform everyone that CKS College is offering  two special forms of tuition fee discounts applicable during enrollment period, as follows:

A.     BIG FAMILY DISCOUNT
Families with four (4) or more children enrolled at any level in CKS College shall be entitled to apply subject to the following guidelines:
1. Repeaters are not entitled to tuition fee discounts.
2. All siblings must be enrolled in a regular class. Children enrolled with less than a full load for the school year are not included.
3. The conduct grades of all students must be passing.
4. Photocopies of English and Chinese report cards (GWA for college students) must be attached.
5. The tuition of the lowest of the four shall be fully waived. Succeeding children after the fourth will have 25% tuition fee waiver.
6. Families with approved discount for one child can no longer apply for financial assistance from the Office of the President for the other remaining siblings.

 
B.     GRANDPARENT DISCOUNT
Any alumni with at least five (5) grandchildren enrolled at CKS College shall be entitled to apply subject to the following guidelines:
1. One of the common grandparents is an alumnus of CKS College.
2. Repeater grandchildren are not counted for this purpose.
3. All grandchildren must be enrolled in a regular class. Those enrolled with less than a full load for the school year or semester are not included.
4. The conduct grades of all students must be passing.
5. Photocopies of English and Chinese report cards (GWA for college students) must be attached.
6. The tuition of the lowest of the five shall be waived up to fifty percent (50%). Succeeding grandchildren after the fifth will have twenty-five percent (25%) tuition fee waiver.
7. Families with approved discount for one child can no longer apply for financial assistance from the Office of the President for the other remaining siblings.
8. Those availing of the grandparent discount cannot avail of the Big Family Discount.
