本學院2002年度校友李輝鏞(Mark Lester Santos Sy)四年前以最高榮譽(Magna Cum Laude)畢業於菲律賓四大名校之一的聖頓瑪示大學(University of Santo Tomas)，主修醫學化驗科技系(Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology)學士學位，今年又再度以同樣的榮譽(Magna Cum Laude)畢業該大學的醫學院，且以91.09%高分在全校三百九十二名畢業生中列第二名，可賀可喜。
去年為本院奪得「全菲十大傑出童軍獎」的中四學生陳芳安，今年六月十二日菲獨立節，在菲國舉國騰歡的日子，又再一次出現在「第六屆全國傑出青年(6th Pambansang Gawad sa Ulirang Kabataan)」，或稱為「最傑出的中學畢業生(Most Oustanding High School Graduates of the Philippines」的得獎名單中，是五位得獎者唯一是私立學校、唯一華校的得獎者。也是繼李永福（2005年校友）、劉德華（2005年校友）之 後，為本學院爭得無限榮譽的第三位童軍。
Henry Jefferson Morco, a junior high school student is recently chosen as one of the 3 Philippine delegates to represent in the 51st International Mathematics Olympiad to be held next month in Astana, Kazakhstan. A consistent honor student, Henry has won numerous honors in international competitions, not only in Science, Mathematics, but also in English. His most recent achievements include: bagging the Champion in Biology in the 7th National Science Quest held in Tabaco, Albay; winning Silver Medal for the Individual Category and Gold for the Team Category in the Philippine International Math Competitions held in Iloilo City; and he was one of the 25 merit winners in the recently concluded “Dare 2 Dream” Youth Writers Awards Asia 2010 English Short Story Writing Competition sponsored by Reader’s Digest and the National Library Board of Singapore.
Henry’s other teammates for the forthcoming Mathematical Olympiads are Carmela Antoinette Lao, a 4th year student of St. Jude Catholic School and Zheng Rong Wu of Zamboanga Chung Hua High School.
Dr. Mark Lester Santos Sy, CKSC high school graduate of Class 2002 graduated magna cum laude at University of Santo Tomas College of Medicine and Surgery last April 15, 2010.
Dr. Sy was conferred the degree Doctor of Medicine. He ranked second in a class of 392 medical students with a weighted general average of 91.09%
George O. Tanlimco Jr, a high school graduate of our College, was recently feted as one of the 6th Pambansang Gawad sa Ulirang Kabataan grand winners held at the Bayview Park Hotel in Manila last June 11, 2010.
This prestigious award, a project of the Department of Education, is similar to the search for the “Ten Outstanding Young Men and Women of the Philippines” award. Other winners in this model youth award include: Kim Robert De Leon of Navotas National High School; Jan Edol Jimenez from Pangasinan National High School; Bianca Nerriza Infantado from Jose Leido Memorial National High School in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro; and Carl Maliwat of Dole Philippines School in South Cotabato.
Before being selected, George was one of the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines for 2009. He was a consistent honor student during his high school years and was the recipient of the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award during the High School Commencement Exercises held last March of 2010. George is currently a freshman taking up AB Liberal Arts at The De La Salle University, Manila.
