Looking for new ways to be productive at home? Try learning a new skill! Live online classes for Mandarin and Hokkien are now available.
All short courses focus on conversational language skills taught using business related topics. Beginners and those with background in the language are all welcome! Multiple class levels available. Open to 16 years of age and above.
Choose between two options:
1. Be put on a waitlist to join a group. Students will be grouped based on their current level of proficiency and preferred schedule.
Number of students: 6-12
Rate: 5,250 Pesos per head
Duration: 30 lecture hours
2. Open a private class of your own or with your family and friends with the same proficiency level.
Number of students: 1
Rate: 17,000 Pesos per head
Duration: 20 lecture hours
Number of students: 2
Rate: 15,000 Pesos per head
Duration: 30 lecture hours
Number of students: 3-5
Rate: 10,500 Pesos per head
Duration: 30 lecture hours
Number of students: 6-12
Rate: 5,250 Pesos per head
Duration: 30 lecture hours
A free proficiency assessment will be given upon enrollment to those with background in the target language for proper level placement. Enrolees with no background will automatically be placed in a beginners' class.
Mode of payment will be through bank deposit.
Classes will be conducted via zoom.

YOGA has many benefits for young people.
1. Yoga helps in managing anxiety and stress through breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

4. Yoga increases body awareness and mindfulness. Going through a variety of yoga poses helps young people learn about their bodies and the movements they’re capable of doing.
5. Yoga enhances concentration and memory. The different types of moves require focus and working on memorization skills—both of which can translate over into good academic performance.
6. Yoga develops strength and flexibility, which can reduce chance of injury.
7. Yoga teaches discipline and reduces impulsivity. Yoga can reduce challenging behaviors by providing a physical outlet for expressing oneself. It also teaches discipline, as Yoga practitioners work on clearing their minds and perfecting their poses.
