Chiang Kai Shek College became the first school in the history of the Annual National Search for Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts (TOBS) of the Philippines to produce 3 out of 10 winners in the same year.
In 2004, CKSC was also the very first school to produce 2 winners from the search in the same year.
The search for Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines was conceived in 1989 by the late Education Secretary Isidro Carino as an avenue to propagate values education. The annual search aims to give recognition to the most outstanding scouts who epitomize sterling qualities of school and community leadership excellence and good moral conduct.
